Warranty Policy

THREE YEARS LIMITED PARTS AND THREE YEARS LABOR WARRANTY FOR DESKTOPS. ONE YEAR PARTS AND LABOR FOR NOTEBOOKS

Retail, fully assembled V3 GAMING PC desktop computer systems are covered by lifetime labor on original configuration, limited three (3) year parts, and lifetime tech-support warranties. Retail, fully assembled V3 GAMING PC notebook computer systems are covered by one (1) year labor, limited one (1) year parts, and lifetime tech-support warranties. CDRW, DVDRW, Blu-ray optical drives, and multi-function card reader devices are warranted for one (1) year only, unless otherwise specified. All items supplied by V3 GAMING PC that were not part of the original default system configuration are covered ONLY by the warranty offered by the manufacturer of the individual part. All warranty periods begin on the date of shipment unless otherwise specified. All aforementioned warranties, with the exception of those supplied by individual parts manufacturers, are considered void upon the modification of system components without the prior consent of V3 GAMING PC. All of the aforementioned warranties do not cover items that have been physically damaged by the end-user.

GUARANTEE*

Retail, fully assembled V3 GAMING PC desktop computer systems are backed by a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Retail, fully assembeled V3 GAMING PC notebook computer systems are backed by a 10-day Money Back Guarantee. 30-day and 10-day periods are measured from the shipping date. All original boxes and CD/Diskettes must be in their original shipping condition if the system or parts in question are to be returned for the original purchasing price. The end-user is responsible for any shipping costs that are incurred as a result of the Money Back Guarantee. All monitors and all items supplied by V3 GAMING PC that were not part of the original advertised system configuration are excluded from the 30-day money-back guarantee. Any open, activated, or registered software, including but not limited to Operating System and productivity suites, is not refundable.

RETURN POLICY

The decreased value due to damage of the returned components will be assessed and deducted from the original credit amount upon their arrival at V3 GAMING PC facilities. The original shipping and handling charge is non-refundable. No refunds will be allowed after the provisional period of thirty (30) days from the date on the invoice. Return boxes with COD (Cash on Delivery) will be refused.

Return Instructions

  1. Call our service department for an RMA number. (1-877-881-5745)
    -Please have the following information handy:

      A.      Invoice date and number

      B.       Description of the encountered problem

      C.       Serial Packing list (attached to invoice)

  2. After receiving an RMA number, pack the merchandise that is to be returned in the original shipping box or other appropriate packing material.

  3. All components and the accessories of those components, including software, floppy diskettes, compact diskettes, manuals, cables, and connectors, should be shipped back together. Penalties and/or deductions will be made for missing accessories and/or improperly shipped merchandise.

  4. Before shipping the package, make sure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.

  5. A copy of the invoice and the serial packing list should be included inside the box.

Notes: Return Freight is non-refundable. Be advised that packages sent by USPS (United States Postal Service) cannot be accurately tracked to ensure timely delivery. V3 GAMING PC recommends the use of a parcel service that provides full tracking services to ensure delivery.

REPAIR & REPLACEMENT

  1. V3 GAMING PC will repair, replace, or exchange comparable parts at our discretion.

  2. Any product that needs to be repaired, replaced, or exchanged should be sent to V3 GAMING PC at the expense of the customer. V3 GAMING PC will then ship the repaired or replaced part to the customer.

  3. Cross-shipping is available to all customers, provided they allow V3 GAMING PC to charge the full cost of shipping to their account. V3 GAMING PC will refund the charged amount for the cross-ship after receiving the returned product.

  4. In accordance with its thirty (30) day return policy, V3 GAMING PC will only cross-ship those products that have been requested for repair, replacement, or exchange within thirty (30) days of the original invoice date. In order for the customer to receive a full refund on parts and/or shipping, V3 GAMING PC must have received the products in question within ten (10) days of the customer¡¦s receipt of the repaired, replaced, or exchanged goods.

  5. All monitors and all items supplied by V3 GAMING PC that were not part of the original advertised system configuration are covered ONLY by the warranty offered by the manufacturer of the individual part. Customers will need to contact these manufacturers individually. V3 GAMING PC is not responsible for any costs incurred due to shipping or defects with such items.

SHIPPING DAMAGE AND DISCREPANCY

If there is a discrepancy between items received and items ordered from V3 GAMING PC, including missing or incorrect items, the customer is responsible for contacting our service department (1-877-881-5745) within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the item(s) in question. Should damage occur during shipping, the customer is responsible for notifying the carrier and requesting a DAMAGE REPORT for the damaged item(s).
